    No other contact from the seller after the item arrived missing in the package at the authenticator. Had they contacted me, I would have considered other items. I am sure the seller is just very busy but the actual experience of waiting for the item was not good since it never made it to the authenticator. I cannot say the seller is responsible for the missing merchandise, so my complaint would be over the USPS. I would rate the situation as Neutral.
