Disappointed in how this item was shipped to me. You actually ruined it with that vacuum packaging that you use. I could only use the pillow cover, the inside pillow or whatever that was, was too damaged. Amazon has to stop packaging these items in that "vacuum pack" where all the air is sucked out and the items get deformed and damaged. I have reported this before.
