It's extremely supportive which keeps my posture aligned, my tailbone happy, and nothing falling asleep. Memory foam pillows are a squishy problem almost within days. This is medical grade foam which is a whole different standard. I'm very happy with this pillow.

I could only use the pillow cover, the inside pillow or whatever that was, was too damaged. Amazon has to stop packaging these items in that "vacuum pack" where all the air is sucked out and the items get deformed and damaged. I have reported this before.
