Seller sent me cheap, Chinese substitute. Patently deceptive business practice. Contacted seller, and was advised to "return balloons for a full refund." Paid $11.75 for return postage, package was rejected and returned to me. eBay refunded my original purchase price along with tax and shipping, but I'm still out $11.75 on return postage.
