My only negative is that there is no latch on the box, which could be a problem if it is ever knocked off the table by accident. I don't relish the idea of picking up 350+ little pieces and then having to sort them into respective slots. I put a ponytail holder around the box, but perhaps a nicer box would be safer. On second thought, though, that would probably bump the price up too, so I will revert to my initial 5-star rating.
