    Recommended by Cook's magazine. Place in handle that allows you to pull up the extendable handle. Feet that fold and when extended give you a good 1.5" above the water for great steaming. Love using it for soft and hard "steamed" eggs...again, a Cook's Illustrated recipe for perfect eggs.
