    Although the description said "New Model" and it wrote RowErg (which is the new model), the arrived model was a Model D. Which is the previous model. Luckily the monitor IS the newest model and the difference between the two models are subtle. I decided to not contact the seller and keep the over priced product. Shipping was fast and prompt, a couple day delay but these are different times (post pandemic).

    Good seller. Package received as new from waterrower however waterrowers bad packaging had a few things moving around inside. Luckily nothing was broken or damaged. Not ontime sports fault though. Quite happy.
