    I was very excited to receive this watch as it was a graduation gift to myself. Unfortunately, the seller never shipped it out and there was almost zero communication. After two weeks of waiting and pleading for the seller to ship it, EBay stepped in and I received my refund. I missed out on other watches and coupons while waiting for this seller to send me my watch, and ultimately, for EBay to process my refund. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this seller at all. Beware of this time waster.

    The client that doesn't give a ***** once they have the money.

    I have yet to experience this. I found you to be short and snappy and unbelievably unhelpful. I cannot recommend it to you, or if that is how to run your operation, I would answer with one-liners. After several calls with Rolex, Direct found that it was impossible to attach the jubilee bracelet to the watch, only the rubber one. This cost me hours of research when I knew the configuration I wanted was impossible with this watch. The name needs to be more accurate since new watches hit the market at the Basel Expo each year. I thought I was dealing directly with them. I would not recommend them.
