      I placed an order, and almost 2 weeks later; one day before the last day in the estimated delivery window, it had not even shipped. Contacted the seller to see what was going on, and to let them know I was relying on the item for my business, and 2 days later there was no reply. Now I have to cancel my item, and figure out how to get a refund on the 3rd party insurance I ordered. Don’t waste your time with this seller.

      EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR - AND MORE!!!

      Once out of the box it was easy to set up, light weight (which makes it easily moveable ) and SUPER quiet.- so quiet that I had to go into the kitchen a couple of times to make sure it was running. Keeps everything beautifully frozen. At this price plus free delivery (which was very fast), this small freezer is a no brainer. I only wish I had been given more instructions about defrosting it, but I'll work that out well before it's time.

      a little banged up

      the freezer is fine. the bottom of it was a little banged up though and we had some trouble leveling it and making it stable but that had nothing to do with the design. so there was a little damage but not enough to make it worthwhile to return it and get another one. I didn't take any pictures of it and now that its set and stable, I'm not going to mess with it.

      3.5 Cubic foot chest deep freezer

      Very quiet and quick to get to the desired temperature. Low running wattage of 50 watts and a brief 2-second startup wattage pushing 500 watts. Perfect size for my purposes.
