    Received ruler timely however, upon checking the measurements against our own ruler, everything after the 24” mark was off. Also received rolled up in an envelope that arrived damaged. Contacted seller about replacing. At first he was very responsive and seemed like he was going to accept a return. After I asked a couple questions to confirm shipping and a prepaid label, he won’t return my message. So I have a ruler that I can’t measure my fish with because it’s not accurate.

    We sent you a full refund and allowed you to keep the ruler as a general rule of thumb measurement tool because you say it's off. When we measure, 0"-36", we measure up fine. I am sorry to hear about your damaged packaging, and we will look into getting a better shipping method. Thank you for your feedback and for trying our product.
