Great communication, answered all my questions, and willing to work with me to reach a fair offer. Unfortunately, there was damage during shipping, but it was by no mean the fault of the seller.     Received item in good condition. Very poor shipping: did not use advertised USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) method which I paid for. Instead used a hand-addressed label and sent via UPS (Coast to Coast 7 days) The hand written label caused it to get lost in the UPS system and bounced around for days until I had a friend at UPS intervene and get the package stopped and re-labeled.
