Puzzle pieces were in an opened “ jagged cut” bag inside. Numerous pieces were torn & appeared bent from “break down” of previous assembling. Reached out to seller w/photos &refund request. he said the puzzle was new & no return was accepted. I reached out to him again& said his listing was fraudulent, his response was rude. I had to involve eBay w/ a claim for return and refund.
