    Mine works great, very quiet

    I bought this for an older machine that has a 3rd gen i7, 16GB memory, and 500 watt power supply. This card fit in the case nicely and is able to be powered by the 500 watt power supply, which will allow me to play some games yet with this PC.

    A really great video card for its day. Mostly for enthusiasts with a love for retro.

    These older video cards are interesting to me because I like to run computers that are representative of certain time periods. There are better options if you are building a new low-cost gaming rig. However, for video cards that came out in the early 2010s these R9 cards are great. In my case I got this one and did a clean and repaste to improve the cooling. Then I run it undervolted using MSI afterburner. I can do gaming for most title at good settings for those games that were released between 2008 and 2018.
