    These devices work very well, I put three up and after, a few days I noticed my neighbors horrible dogs were much less likely to harass me at the fence and after a few weeks they rarely bark or come to the fence at all. They seem to work better at a height of about 6 feet angled down at the ground with a clear line of sight to the dogs.
