    This item was listed as unlocked. I Bought it, when it eventually arrived (many days later and we're in the same state) I was happy that it meet the sellers description in regards to condition, then I powered it up only to be greeted by a Verizon splash. The phone was not unlocked at all. With that said, the seller quickly made it right but the entire process from prompt payment to refund took weeks. See attaached pic, I don't know how you miss this. I'll pass on this seller in the future.
