The arm wiggles a bit when fully extended, and security could be improved by using foam on the sides that is less rigid. As it is, the hard foam doesn't always engage the phone firmly, given the use of side ratchets that only allow adjustments in 1-2mm increments. I can make it work with my particular phone by using two hands to force the issue, but a better solution would be softer foam or a softer cover.
