Because instead of just sending your order like normal, you have to agree on a "sealed fresh" something condition. I have no idea what that was about. Here I'm waiting, and waiting on my candy. Come to find out it didn't even get packaged. Because I didn't message the seller "ok" to getting his email. Again, if you order from this seller just look for a message. I just don't get it. Just send my candy.

I had a chain of questions about how to get a shipment faster and these guys were civil, patient, and professional.
