    Kicking the habit, Kirkland 4 mg Nicotine Lozenges helps

    at least for me, lozenges are a great additional tool in beating the 45 year smoking habit. It's been 6 months without 1 cigarette, using prescribed Nicotine spray, along with Kirkland Lozenges has made it easier ti quit.

    These lozenges totally help with nicotine withdrawal

    Well, they work! If I am in dire need of nicotine, I just pop one tablet in my mouth and relax. If you're a smoker or a vape person these really help for a quick fix! I haven't tried the 2mg(yet). Recommended!

    Much better than smoking!

    The "pros" is that I haven't smoked in over 4 years. The "cons" is that I am still on nicotine. The "cons" are all my fault because I just can't give up nicotine despite of the directions on the bottle. Back to the "pro's", I am breathing like I haven't experienced since my 20's.
