      My eyes are oily and this really stays in place .. not the full 24 hours but if I apply and set it with black eyeshadow then it’s good for 24hrs this is THE only pencil eyeliner I use and can’t beat the price

      Must have changed formulation

      I remember this being not quite so soft of a pencil, but really holding up as I have fairly teary eyes. Not quite as good as I remember as it seems to smudge way more then when I purchased previously.

      Best pencil eyeliner ever

      I’ve spent tons of money on high end pencil eyeliners that smear, run, and don’t last the day. This is the best pencil eyeliner on the market so don’t let the price fool you. Only problem is that it’s getting hard to find.
