    Light, portable and easy to use

    Bought as a gift for Grandparent that had experience with a 8" other brand tablet. The larger screen works great and the options are easy to use and download to make it uniquely personal. Touchscreen works perfectly for owner and it is very easy to understand the options. I feel like we got the perfect user friendly tablet for our family member.

    Disappointing ...Cannot connect to Verizon Jetpack 5Ghz MiFi

    Very Disappointed. The unit may have a good size screen, and resolution, I find it lacks in battery life, and standard apps compared to the IPAD. While everyone around me was using their IPads, and phones, I was the only one unable to connect to the verizon MiFi 5Ghz, rendering the unit useless. You would think a Verizon Tablet would be able to have no connection issues, but needless to say it did. I traveled to the nearest Verizon store who informed that verizon Jetpack unit 6620L provides 2 settings 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, and this Samsung unit only works on the 2.4Ghz. Switching the Verizon Jetpack unit to the 2.4Ghz, caused some issues as there were several units in the house that worked off the same frequency (cordless phone, and garage door opener).
