    Travel mug was delivered on time. It keeps hot liquids hot, but when you get below 1/3 full, liquid becomes _SCALDING HOT_! It takes a long time to bring cool liquids to "hot". After 20 minutes, I gave up & drank coffee cold. it was starting to be "less cold" when I got to the bottom part of the cup. this is the first one I have owned, they may all be like this.
