    I am a 65 year old athlete and still very active. Due to wear and tear, I have had a reduced meniscus to my right knee for circa 5 years, this restricted my movement due to pain I was advised to try Glucosamine and chondroitin supplements. I have used many bards including boots brand. Well what a difference they have made to my life. unlike modern drugs theses took about 4/5 weeks before I could confirm they truly worked. I am so delighted that I was introduced to them. NO MORE COCODAMOL for me.
