    This product is defective and does not work as described. The battery pack does not fit a standard Microsoft issue Xbox controller, it's it's loose in the controller, causing it not to work properly. The batteries do not last more than one to one and a half hours at a time on a charge. The seller was approached with this problem and they repeatedly tried to blame the charger not being plugged into the Xbox versus the wall. The seller refused to help me or take accountability. Buyers beware.

    As is listed in the description of the item and is on the back of the box, you need a DC input of 5W 1A, most phone chargers and wall outlets are 2.5W .5A, so it will will not work/charge slowly. The reason I have you plug into the Xbox is because those are the only USB port I know you have at are at least 5W 1A. Standard trouble shooting.
