Communication was prompt and they made sure both sides understood each other. The quality is superb. No tears or holes in the flag either. I still give them 5 stars

Condition was new in factory sealed package. Price was good if only it would have been as the advertised image. So no I wouldn’t recommend this product for that reason. But I would still recommend this Seller! Because I reached out and sent them pictures and they responded back. They also provided a paid return label and refunded my money.
