It wasn't late. Maybe the customer needs to educate themselves about eBay timelines properly when raising the request. Item was delivered late by RM due to some issue with postage and was delivered. Excess postage charged was promptly refunded to the customer. We did all we could within the guidelines & the time permitted by eBay. Wasn't late. Customer sadly still remains unhappy :(
