      The shipping cost was a little high in my opinion for the weight of the bayonet, but baggers cannot be choosers as they say. The packaging was very minimalist, essential just 2 pieces of cardboard package taped together with the bayonet wedge in between. The item did arrive as it was described. And, in terms of the value, I was say that for an authentic Japanese battlefield pick up bayonet from the Second World War, I couldn't really beat the $99 price tag, even with the high shipping cost.

      Item arrived on time as expected. The box is factory sealed and is in fairly excellent condition, but it does rattle a bit, so opening it may have surprises. But I am excited to begin this project later when I have some time set aside. This is a lovely kit and thank you for the prompt shipment.
