    Description clearly states laser requires 40W to operate and is a 5W laser. Buyer did ask me to check the pins, box was sealed with a security seal and I did not want to open it as then I would not be able to sell it as new anymore. I explained this to the buyer BEFORE he purchased. This is a prime example of an ignorant eBay buyer who didn't READ the description and LIED in his feedback about the item having been opened. As a seller I own up to my mistakes, don't blame me for yours.
