Despite being refurbished. I haven't had any issues so far. It has three modes- high, low and smart dry. I keep it on smart dry mode. Tank is big enough. The rollers are located inside the tank when you purchase it. After installing the rollers, it's super easy to move and a cute dehumidifier with a nice price tag. As shown in picture, not too loud.
