Seller cancelled and listed the reason for cancellation as "out of stock or damaged", which is a lie and violates eBay's cancellation policy. Seller has since relisted the item at a higher price. Buyer refused to pay more to ship breakable item safely. No way we could take the chance on breaking. As an ebay’er since 2004, I’ve been accustomed to higher quality and more timely communication. Additionally, the item description did not outline the poor condition of the drawings frame. I also raised questions about the exorbitant shipping costs. Seller was FAST to ship and made every effort to ensure no damage happened in transit. Amazing item that I’m glad to have, but wish I had slightly better service.
