    This seller has been totally unresponsive to any of my several messages regarding a charge to the original order. I had no replies from her even though I asked her to respond to me. I have asked her to cancel the order as I have lost confidence in her. Still no response. Order placed 27 October and no confirmation or any response to my messages to date. My money was debited from my account and I have had no items or any correspondence from her. Very disappointed as the collars looked good.
