You do have to make sure to press the cradle down into charge mode, but that is easy, and there is a large easy to see indicator light to let you know if it is charging or full.

    Works 70% of the tjme

    Works and is valuable. Cheap for what you get. Controller dies randomly though, even after a full charge. Other times, I have to take the battery out and re sync the controller, because it lost the connection. Can definitely be super frustrating mid game. Other than that, it’s ok.

    Great product even better price

    My son lost his back cover for his controller with these batteries I was looking around and people wanted entirely too much for 3d printed battery covers that didn't even look like they'd hold up to a 8 year old boy! Found this and he got another charger and extra batteries for such a good price!

    Exactly what I wanted

    Dual port charging cradle has spring activated cradle to allow controller to rest without charging simply push down controller to begin a charge. Indicator light turns red while charging and green to signify a full charge. Great value as it comes with two battery packs.

    Great Charging Dock

    I bought this for my boys for Christmas because they use up so many batteries. I was skeptical about it but we’ve had them charge their controllers on this and it is AWESOME! My boys say that their controllers stay charged for hours. If one boy plays the other one leaves their controllers charging. They also set them to charge over night. The only thing is that you have to wiggle it around to sit just right on the charger otherwise it won’t connect/charge. The light on the base comes on and let’s me know it’s charging (red for charging/green for ready). So far we have not needed batteries. I’m hoping this charger lasts a long time. I would definitely recommend this device. It was shipped quickly and came intact as described.
