The item was over a week late with no real updates provide to me. I asked the Sellers to cancel the transaction and refund my money but they refused. The item was over a week late and I asked for some concession, they said no. I told them the item was now $5 lower price than when I bought it but refused to give me any type of price adjustment. Terrible experience!! Once I had done this then a refund was issued instantly, and labels were sent to me so that I could return item at no cost to me.
