I asked them to send a picture of the hole, and no response. Then they wanted me to cancel the transaction. They were trying to avoid an issue with eBay for being out of stock. They then manipulated the system to show the item had shipped. There was never a tracking number. When I contacted them, they said the "system" automatically showed it shipped. Pure LIES. Buyers beware.
