    You had a chance to make this right and you never did and ignored all of my emails! You were dis honest and did not disclose that the antenna was damaged and needed a coaxial connector. There is no way that this small part was damaged during shipping. I do have to give you credit for fast shipping and a great packing job! You said you contacted the manufacturer for a replacement part and that was the last that I heard from you. Now if you try to say that you were out of town or on vacation.

    The first time you contacted me regarding this I offered to do a return/refund. You told me you did not want to return it. I made multiple attempts to reach the manufacturer-was not successful. I also sent you a link to coaxial connectors and asked that you tell me which one you needed to fix the issue so that I could order the part and have it shipped directly to you. I got no response from that communication. The next thing I received was your negative feedback. I tried all I knew to resolve.
