It is ideal for listeners who want to choose between different speakers connected to their home theater or music system.The Yamaha M-80 amp has rack-mounting adapters installed on the back to make wall or cabinet mounting simple. This power amplifier has two channels and inputs with stereo L/R RCA technology and non-switching or class A/B switching modes. It produces clear sounds and has a clean power channel with peaks into low impedance levels as high as 850 watts. This model has a peak hold option and two different range selections from 2-, 4-, and 8-ohm selector switches. With this option, you can match the speakers to your chosen amplifier and enjoy the audio quality produced for your favorite movie or game.This vintage model has both left and right gain controls and a massive speaker terminal for better sound quality. This reliable model has an excellently rated output setting of 240 watts, which equates to 8 ohms and 20 hertz. Control the music that comes out of this amp; it allows for minimized distortion and noise every time. It has a driving load as low as 2 ohms, so you can play your music at levels as high or low as desired. A preamp can be used in combination with this model and easily stacked on top of it for ease of use.The M80 model has special circuitry that is used to reduce noise and distortion in its specialized phono input stage. The M-80 has a switchable auto A circuit meant to operate the transistors at low amplification levels for lower pitches. This helps to create an imperceptible transition to class AB as more volume is requested when you play your music. It has a zero distortion rule that is a combination of feedback and feedforward techniques to reduce distortion to zero. This Yamaha model is 17.125 inches wide, 16.75 inches deep, and 6.5 inches high to fit into your entertainment setup.
