    1st unit broke, 2nd unit sent

    My first unit kept malfunctioning so the seller agreed to ship out another unit. After receiving the unit, it turned on and stayed on unlike the first one I received, but it does not help with hair at all. Just causes a burnt smell and the heat actually does hurt the skin. I received a rash on my arm from testing it. Not impressed at all. Now I have a hair "product" that doesn't perform as expected....AND I'm out money. I don't recommend this at all.

    It would be great if it didn't burn you.

    I charged it tried to use it and it burned me. The light wouldn't go off and got hotter and hotter. This is a dangerous one. I've owned 3 others. Not sure it can be fixed they should have sent it back for a new one.

    2 years ago a bought a No No at at full price and it just stopped working. I did not want to spend another 200+ dollars, I only use it for my lip and chin. This replacement works just as well, if not better than my old one and you can't beat the price.

    The way it worked sometimes, my bad!

    The one I bought doesn’t work all the time. The other one I bought from someone else works perfectly for the same price. I waited a few days for a return response and tried the Nono again it worked than again it didn’t but I already closed the return request.
