      Shipping was extremely slow. Packaging was very well done! Describing the item was good except. They don't tell you they make the item to order. They kept having trouble making mine and didn't keep me updated, unless I asked where my item was. Then the same answer a problem with the mold. They did discount it a little tiny bit for the wait. The item is beautiful came out with a lot of detail.
