Turns out the machine is really heavy to use properly for a senior. You have to learn to walk backwards without stopping when the machine is engaged. If you stop mid way then your holding the weight of the machine plus what your carrying up for a few seconds. You have to learn to do it without stopping then the machine is great just be careful and practice.
