Our only issue was with FedEx as they couldn’t seem to get their delivery date firm. We had three different delivery dates which meant someone had to be home and accept package. Communications with FedEx is not easy. The item arrived in a timely manner it was just wasting three days waiting. That said, I WOULD buy from this seller again!

It was well protected for shipment and good value for an item that is no longer manufactured. Shipping was a great deal but a bit of a nightmare as I had no idea when it would arrive. Seller was good at communicating but once shipped, it just couldn't be tracked. It ended up arriving on a Saturday evening when I wasn't home and my house guests had to help the driver get it into the residence! That was a nightmare but all ended well, luckily!

It wasn't very clean, my rag was brown after cleaning it. The cracks in the leather were much more than what was shown in the picture. Had I paid the original price it would have been an issue for me.
