    There was a problem with shipping completely outside this sellers control. They not only answered messages right away but offered a refund. I kept the item anyways as it still met my need and was a good deal. Shipped quickly and packed adequately but the shipper may have handled it roughly as it is a heavy awkward item. The tracking information from USPS showed it arrived at its Dallas location on the 16th and never left USPS for 18 days. This was not the sellers fault, IT WAS USPS.
