I used their superb design, customized the size & changed it to primary colours post-purchase (5x8 for a fee & primary colours). The communication was easy via WhatsApp. The rug is plush, comfortable, and well-made. The colours are vibrant. Delivery was quick, with CAD 70 customs fees & condition was good thanks to being well packaged. I will vacuum a lot for the usual wool rug shedding in the first few months.
