      Was sold as new. I received this open box radio minus the AC Power supply, I messaged the seller and they sent me the adapter about 4-5 days later. For a new emergency radio, this was definitely open box and the included NIMH battery is not holding a charge. Had I known I would be facing these issues, I would have purchased brand new, not open box merchandise labeled as new. It also could have been found cheaper elsewhere.
