    Hi, I am sorry to hear this. The games was sealed and unbroken when I packaged it. If the case was broken it must have happened during shipping. If the cartridge itself was damaged then it most likely was a manufacturing defect and I would not have known that as I did not break the seal. If you would like to send photos of the damaged product then we can do a return of the game and exchange for a refund.
