Shipping was fast, item was packaged in bubble wrap and foam between console and box so it wasn't banging around during shipping. Seller is a stand up guy. The center console was described, and seller made sure I knew of the flaws. Since these latches are not available for the Escalade, this is the only solution, and for the price it was more than fair for the condition of an 18 year old part. Thank you ,would buy from again.
