The item was as described. The seller packaged the item pretty well. I was very disappointed in USPS however because there were 4 panels that were shattered and the metal that holds the panels was bent. They had to have either thrown it or put something extremely heavy on top of it. I place no blame on the seller. Other than that, the lampshade is beautiful.
