After repeated emails to him requesting the refund, which he initially agreed to, he responded with a slanderous reply and cussed me out, telling me to go “ f*** yourself “. Not sure what his problem is but he definitely has one. Will not honor his word, did not refund me as he promised, used profanity. The worst experience!
