      Slips a lot more than I thought, but otherwise good

      Bought this and the product was shipped to me VERY fast, got here within a few days! I had it for two days and my dog pulled REALLY hard suddenly and the clasp under the chin broke in half :( It was unfixable! I emailed the Halti company and asked if they could send me a replacement clasp, they stated they don't keep extra clasps but that the product would be warrantied 100% so they sent me a whole new one. Took about a week to get. Otherwise this products materials are very strong, but sadly unlike it shows in the videos and such, the fabric around the muzzle slips constantly, won't stay centered so by the time your pups done pulling, the clasp is right beside their eye and the Halti is practically sideways! I have tried tightening, adjusting, and working with this but it just isn't ...
