    I did not notice an issue with these shoes running small/being mislabeled. I would have kept them, but had to change models due to the thin tongue/wide toebox causing top if foot tendonitis. Running shoes do normally run small (size 8.5 in all shoes = size 9 in running shoes). If you normally wear size 9 running shoes and feel that these are too small/incorrectly labeled--I sent a reply directly to accept a return of the shoes from the buyer.
