    After sending me the wrong item I reached out to them just for them to tell me it was the "correct item" even though I sent them photo proof it wasn't, they offered for me to send it back and they pay for postage or keep the item and receive a partial refund. I opted for the partial refund however now they are not responding to my messages and I think for an error like this I should receive a full refund anyway and some better customer service.
