    Unfortunately, my experrience with this seller was disappointing. The doll I received was faulty, and when I tried to return it, the seller questioned the photos I sent, claiming the doll wasn't theirs. After returning the doll, they opened a case against me despite admitting that the issue indeed was there and they just haven't noticed. Given the issues I faced, I wouldn't recommend this seller

    Unfortunately this buyer misunderstood my intent. Buyer removed hair net packaging and then took pictures and asked for return. I had no problem refunding the buyer, but the neck line glue is part of the manufacturing. I never removed or tampered head. Original photos clearly showed the doll as described. If the buyer looked at the pictures closely before purchasing the doll neck line was in the pics. Instead after receiving the item and removiing net decided to return. Doll offer 100 below mkt
